These videos require a piece of software called Quicktime, and you need at least Version 4 for the videos to work.
A FREE player is available from Apple's website, and you can get it at the link below.
When you click the link, you'll see an advertisement for a $29.99 version called Quicktime 5 Pro. YOU DO NOT NEED THIS VERSION. Scroll down and you'll see a box on the bottom left labeled "Download the free player". If you follow those instructions, your computer should install the correct software itself.
